At 4TH ARQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not perfectly happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 21 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Generate Shipping Label
Follow the prompts in the portal to download your prepaid shipping label and attach it securely to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 10 business days of arrival.
